From the beginning of 2010 to the end of 2018, I spent most of my time in Uganda. What started as a quick trip to help a friend's new business became... life. When I left in December of 2018, I couldn't wait to come visit the next summer, but COVID-19 came along, and we all know how that went. As summer 2020 came and went, I missed my friends, the sunshine, and the beautiful landscapes so much. My way of coping with the the disappointment and nostalgia was to look at old photos - and eventually draw them. Those drawing turned into this colouring book.

I hope it will be a celebration of the Pearl of Africa for all those who live there, and a great way for people to share the beauty of the place with friends and relatives abroad. Enjoy 35 illustrations of wildlife in beautiful landscapes.
